Tim & Shelly Beal
Tim Beal’s passion for the automotive industry began at an early age. Growing up, he would accompany his father to the shop as early as five years old, learning the trade from the ground up. By the age of sixteen, Tim was already painting cars alongside his dad, gaining not only technical skills but also a deep understanding of the importance of customer service. His father instilled in him the belief that the best form of advertising is taking care of the customer, a principle that Tim has carried with him throughout his 45+ year career.
Shelly Beal’s support played an instrumental role in the success of Beal’s Auto Body. Her background in nursing gave her the ability to care for others, and this supportive nature extended into their family business. Shelly’s dedication allowed Tim the freedom to focus on growing the shop, always maintaining the same values of customer care and quality craftsmanship that have defined their work from the beginning.
Together, Tim and Shelly have built a legacy of trust and excellence. When they’re not at the shop, they enjoy traveling and spending quality time with their grandkids, embracing the joys of family and life beyond work. Their shared values and commitment to each other continue to drive the success of their business, while also allowing them to cherish their personal lives.
Bryan Swinehart
Since 1999, Bryan Swinehart has been the leader who helped push Beal’s Auto Body to become the foremost collision repair center in Prescott and beyond.
With administrative skills honed over decades and an intrinsic talent for problem solving, leadership and people management, Bryan makes the strategic decisions necessary for our long-term success. And through it all, the customers and his colleagues are always top of mind.
Bryan helps create a team atmosphere at Beal’s, and a supportive workplace where people know their needs are met, day in and day out. Much like Melissa, Bryan loves that the collision industry is always evolving, and there’s always a new challenge to tackle that will allow our team members to deliver the best service possible to their customers.
In his spare time, Bryan loves to take his positivity and zeal out into the great outdoors, or even out to the golf course. An avid lover of racing, you can tell that Bryan lives and breathes cars.
Julie Swinehart
Organization is a skill and an intrinsic talent that makes Julie Swinehart a team member that Beal’s just couldn’t do without.
Julie helps make Beal’s Auto Body run like a well-oiled machine, and we rely on her every day to ensure that our team operates efficiently and effectively. Her colleagues love her for her personality and charm, and they respect and admire her for her talent and expertise.
Julie likes to think that Beal’s is like a loving family, and we think it shows in the way we treat each other, and our customers, with the respect and appreciation they deserve. We’re thankful that Julie brings a smile to the office every day, and that she always puts the wellbeing and the needs of the people first.
Outside of office hours, you won’t catch her anywhere – she’s out camping somewhere far away.
Melissa Swinehart
Melissa has been with Beal’s Auto Body since 2016, managing her administrative role with a smile and a passion to help customers and colleagues alike.
The fact that the collision industry is always changing and evolving is what inspires Melissa to pursue new ways to ensure Beal’s Auto Body is always ahead of the game, and that the customers receive a world-class treatment in a family setting.
When she’s on the job, she likes to have fun and inspire the people around her to have fun as well – because at the end of the day, it’s all about going home with a smile on your face.
When she’s not working, you can bet she’s spending her time with her German Shepherds, Louka and Rayne, and Ani – the sweet and sometimes mischievous family cat.
The best part is that she takes her dogs with her to her many outdoor hobbies and activities any chance she gets. Hiking, camping, paddleboarding, Melissa is an adventurous spirit through and through.
Felipe Perez
Felipe has been our refinishing expert since he joined our team in 2023, and we couldn’t be happier to have him!
There are many things we love about him, but if we had to sum it up, it would be that Felipe is who gets the job done. Skilled and talented, punctual and laser-focused, Felipe is a master of his craft.
He always brings a positive attitude to work and is a delight to work with – the man is a true team player, which is one of the reasons his co-workers think so highly of him. But the reason why we know we struck gold with Felipe is because he loves what he does and he views painting cars as an art form.
That’s why we know that his every job, no matter how complex it may be, will be a work of art.
Did we mention that he also loves working out? That’s right, the people at Beal’s don’t just buff, they are buff!
Isaias Macias-Torres
Isaias has been a part of the Beal’s family since 2016. For years, he has been one of our top refinishing experts, working tirelessly on ensuring that every vehicle gets that perfect, lustrous finish.
A truly down-to-earth, kind and positive person, Isaias is a real team player and an industry professional you can rely on. Most of all, Isaias is the kind of person you’re proud to call a friend.
Trustworthy, honest and loyal to a fault, he is a true friend and an irreplaceable colleague to his team members. His team is his second family, as he likes to put it, and the support we provide each other every day is what makes the job so enjoyable and rewarding.
As a true expert in his field, he sees his job as an art form, and that’s how he approaches every project.
During his free time, he loves nothing more than to spend quality time with his family and loved ones.
Neftali Hernandez
A real family man, guided by family values in and out of work, Neftali is a body tech who brings positivity and energy with him to work every day.
Easy to work with, easy to get along with, a true friend to his team members. There’s a reason everyone likes him and a reason nobody doubts for a second that he’ll deliver anything less than stellar results with every repair job.
He says that there’s never a boring day or a dull moment at Beal’s, and we like to think that we help keep things interesting and challenging around here, while at the same time ensuring a stress-free work environment. The camaraderie and team spirit he helps bring to the shop definitely help in nurturing that culture.
As you might have guessed, this is the kind of man who loves nothing more than to spend time with his family when he’s not at the shop.
Peter Vogelzang
I-CAR Platinum certified, experienced and level-headed, Peter Vogelzang is the person you can rely on in the toughest of situations in life.
When it comes to the work we do at Beal’s, we rely on Peter day in and day out to be the voice of our customers, to guide them and support them, and to help take the stress out of collision repair. This is a man with vast industry knowledge and experience, a professional who knows everything about any vehicle.
Peter uses his expertise and in-depth knowledge to advocate and stand up for the customer, and to help them make the best decisions for their vehicle.
A certified dad and a member of the Prescott Lions Club, Peter serves his community in his personal and professional life.
Sam Gonzalez
Sam Gonzalez is a dedicated and experienced member of our admin team. He prides himself on being an exceptional team player, collaborating seamlessly with his colleagues, always ready to jump in and assist with various tasks around the shop. His efficiency and ability to teach others make him an invaluable asset to our team.
We love that Sam finds the collision industry endlessly engaging due to the constant new challenges it presents. This dynamic environment keeps his work exciting and enjoyable, driving his commitment to mastering new techniques and processes.
Sam holds an I-CAR Platinum certification, reflecting his high level of expertise and commitment to professional development.
Outside of work, Sam cherishes spending time with his wife and kids. He enjoys hiking, restoring old trucks, and teaching his children about cars. He also loves attending car shows around town.
Osvaldo Cardenas
Handling various daily administrative tasks that keep Beal’s Auto Body operating at maximum efficiency, Osvaldo is the type of person to lift your spirits and anything else you need lifting. That’s right, Beal’s Auto Body has a designated bodybuilder on staff, and we’re proud of it!
Physical health is just as important as mental health, and Osvaldo is our shining example of how you can work on your health inside and out. At work, Osvaldo loves meeting new customers every day and helping people, all the while enjoying his time with his co-workers.
Outside of work, you’ll probably catch him at the gym, but when he’s not polishing his guns, he’s shooting the real ones! Osvaldo also volunteers at his local church.
Clint Dougan
Helping take the stress out of collision repair and guiding customers through the collision repair process is one of the many ways that Clint ensures the satisfaction of our customers. But that’s just one piece of the puzzle, of course, as Clint is tasked with many administrative duties that help Beal’s uphold the highest standards in the industry.
Our customers love us for our people, and we know that Clint never fails to put a smile on people’s faces. He embodies the values of our business and evokes trust in people in his personal and professional life.
An avid hunter and a professional guide, Clint spends his free time immersed in nature. And every day when he comes back to work, he does so for the supportive and loving culture, as well as the lifelong friendships he made here.

Saul Esparza
Saul has been with the Beal’s team since 2011, and his passion for the job shines through in everything he does.
He loves meeting new people and hearing their stories. Saul has a strong interest in learning about cars and the ever-evolving technology in the collision industry, and is always excited to take on new challenges.
He values working with a team that’s easy to get along with, making every day at Beal’s enjoyable for all of us. Outside of the shop, Saul enjoys farming and spending time outdoors, embracing his love for nature.
As an I-Car Platinum certified technician, Saul brings expertise and enthusiasm to every repair he works on and we are happy to have him as a part of the Beal’s family.
Jim Chaney
Jim is our auto body technician who is passionate about cars, yes, but he’s also passionate about getting the job done right and to the T.
Highly experienced and trained, Jim has an impeccable eye for detail and is extremely focused on safety, accuracy and quality no matter the type or the complexity of the repair job. All of this, combined with his commitment to helping keep our community safe for drivers and pedestrians alike is why we are so proud to have him on our team.
Jim likes to think that he didn’t choose the collision repair industry, but that the industry chose him – and it shows. His work is immaculate and his results give testament to his commitment to his craft.
And speaking of, he is a craftsman in his spare time as well, which he spends crafting beautiful ornate knives.
Serena Rodriguez
Serena joined the Beal’s Auto Body team in 2024, bringing with her a dynamic blend of creativity, dependability, and a strong work ethic. Serena appreciates the family-like atmosphere at Beal’s, where teamwork is paramount and she’s warmly embraced as an integral member of the crew. Her journey in the automotive world has been particularly rewarding, allowing her to explore her newfound passion for cars and revel in the joy of customer satisfaction upon the completion of each vehicle restoration.
Beyond her professional life, Serena’s personal interests are diverse and engaging. She is an avid gamer, a creative artist, and enjoys culinary adventures in cooking and baking. These things not only bring her personal joy but also enhance her collaborative spirit, making her a cherished part of the Beal’s team.
Cupertino G Corona
Cupertino joined Beal’s Auto Body in 2024 and quickly became known for his hard work and drive to excel in everything he does. He loves being part of the Beal’s team, where the friendly atmosphere makes every day enjoyable. Cupertino finds fulfillment in the collision industry because it aligns perfectly with his personal interests, allowing him to work on projects he’s passionate about.
Outside of work, Cupertino stays active with regular workouts and values quality time with his family and daughter. His commitment to family and health enriches not only his personal life but also adds to the positive energy he brings to the team at Beal’s.
